Dental Lab Porcelain Furnace is our self-developed equipment which is used for the sintering of zirconia products. The unique rounded furnace and high-purified ceramic fiber materials can prevent from pollution during the sintering process. Automatic programmable design can control the entire work process providing 100 sintering procedures for different kinds of zirconia materials and different sintering needs. High–temperature locked deign system can avoid products deformation in the furnace because of the unexpected temperature drop. Hanging furnace core can keep the furnace shell’s temperature in a safe range. The 1.2L furnace chamber can sinter 100 pcs of porcelain denture at the same time. Air circulation design can shorten the cooling time. In general, it is the ideal equipment for sintering of zirconia products.
